If you follow one of Dito’s social media pages, you may have read that we are now a provider of Customer Success Services (CSS) for Google Apps, approved by Google. Being one of the first Google Apps resellers in the ecosystem, we are proud to be one of the early providers of these services. The addition of the CSS program to our portfolio of enterprise solutions further supports our mantra of creating Customers for Life on Google Solutions by maximizing adoption and productivity by end users post-deployment.

In order for Dito to deliver CSS, we had to be a Google Apps Premier Reseller that has met criteria, specified by Google, for delivering a consistently high standard of support and advisory services for Google Apps. Dito can now offer Google Enterprise’s high-caliber services offering, which includes enhanced technical support, proactive communication, advice and consultancy for Google Apps.

CSS is comprised of tailored solutions for Small Business and Enterprise customers to achieve maximum ROI and productivity as they continue to expand workflows on the Google Apps platform. These services are available in packages or a la carte. Proactive communications outline information regarding upcoming releases & product roadmaps along with guidance and change management assistance pertaining to Google products and technologies. Enhanced technical support includes process alignment with Google’s Enterprise Support Methodology. Customer Success Managers are available to oversee the delivery of each of these elements, ensuring the customer has the best possible Google Apps experience.

Organizations currently leveraging Google Apps for Business will find that CSS can benefit their business and end users on multiple levels. Eligible businesses approved to enroll in the CSS program will be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will develop a personal relationship with the business, making them better suited to give contextual support. The CSM will be actively engaged with your business for the entirety of your post-deployment.
